It took like ten minutes to install you can't see the mount once its up so thats great! but your going to have to pre-install all the cables before you mount the TV. Also you'll need to have a drill with an hex driver to instill this mount with the type of screws that it came with. Not ideal for LCD TV in a hight place on the wall for you'll loose clarity from not watching the screen strait forward. this mount does not tilt.

I wanted this TV to be as flat against the wall as possible, and this mount was certainly flat. In fact, it pressed the rear audio/video connections kind of hard against the wall from my Samsung LCD, and it wouldn't have worked at all for me if I didn't have a right-angled power cord. Forget about getting behind your TV once it's up, you'll need to make sure your connections are right and cords are tucked away as you're hanging it. My only complaint is that the hinged locking arm put a nice gouge in the wall (luckily underneath the TV so it's not visible) from all the locking and unlocking I had to do in order to get it up and have the cables properly tucked. I finally wedged a piece of thin plastic into that area to keep the gouge from getting even worse. All in all, a good mount at a good price. Two lag bolts into the stud and even an unhandy guy like me had my 32" TV up on the bedroom wall.

This was easy to install and works perfectly. Much less expensive and very good quality. Highly recommend.
