The Bell'O 8165 Articulating TV Wall Mounting Kit makes it easy for anyone to install their flat-panel television with the included For Dummies installation guide and DVD. This mount features a 15-degree forward tilt, a 5-degree backward tilt, full side-to-side pan capability, and can extend up to 16 inches from the wall. It can accommodate 12"-30" televisions weighing up to 50 pounds. With the 8190 Adapter Plate, sold separately, this mount can fit televisions up to 40" wide.

Before you buy your DTV, LCD or HDTV you need to know what type wall mount you'll need (if mounting on wall). VESA is a "square hole" mounting bracket standard. That is, it has 4 holes that if connected, form a square. These range from 75 x 75, 100 x 100, 200 x 200 and might work with a 175 x 200 -if- it is a multi-purpose unit. This is an excellent adapter. I have a 42" Zenith mounted flat in the corner of the room. It pans 45 degrees both ways, tilts 15 degrees down and pulls away from the wall. All hardware is included except a drill and stud finder.

This mount was easy to use and works fine. I have to say I was a bit nervous letting go of my LCD but it worked fine.

Caution in buying this mount only fits VESA 75 * 75 and VESA 100 * 100. You'll need to buy the 8190 Adapter for any other size. Amazon displays this model wall mount with TVs that require 8190 adapter
