I purchased this "signal booster" hoping to improve the digital signals using the TERK HD-TVS Slim Profile Outdoor HDtv Antenna. Without this amplifier, I was able to receive most local digital signals. However, FOX would pixilate occasionally, and NBC was virtually unwatchable due to loss of signal. This amplifier made a world of difference, and I now receive all local digital signals [...] with the picture quality that you would expect from Cable TV, Verizon FIOS, or satellite signals, without the monthly costs of these subscriptions. I am using 4 HDTVs using a high quality 4 channel coaxial splitter from Radio Shack ($40.00 +tax) with no loss of signal that I can appreciate. One thing to keep in mind is that this amplifier requires plugging into an electrical outlet. I had to hire an electrician to install an extra outlet up in the attic to dedicate it to this amplifier.

I bought this a few months ago to tackle issues with my digital cable signal. I was having trouble with pixelation on HD and premium channels. The second I hooked this up, the pixelation has 99.9% disappeared. I placed this at the end of a long run of coaxial cable and it works perfectly. It works with digital cable and does not affect my cable internet. A solid solution for hours of frustration on the phone with the cable company.

This product works as stated, boosting the signal from your cable line. I would have liked to have seen more of a jump in the performance, but it DID boost the signal.

I received this product and had it installed within the 30min. It's very easy to install and works great. I have highspeed internet and Cable tv and it works great with both. The signal was clear and allowed me to add more tvs 5 in all.
