This is the second Harmony remote that I've owned. Had the 520 before and replaced it after I dropped it and the LCD screen became scrambled. Very easy to set up and use. I keep the original remotes and wife uses the Harmony.

I've had this for about a month now and love its personalization. You can do anything with it! The possibilities are endless. IF you had 4 remotes laying on your coffee table like I did, then this is the thing you need to buy right now!!!

The programming process is pretty straightforward, but for me this remote just doesn't work. If you need a single remote to show the babysitter or your grandmother how to turn on your complicated AV system this remote is perfect. However, if you watch TV the way I do (flipping between dual tuners, checking out the DVR, with a bluray movie also going on) and are constantly flipping between choices this remote doesn't have the tactile feel on the buttons to make multiple changes quickly and easily. I do like the fact the buttons are illuminated, no remote should be without this feature.

Programming is easy. GUI is intuitive. Remote is user friendly. Controls all devices that I have in my house. Very flexible programming allows advanced user customization.

Sufficient programability, but I had reliability problems. Had mine for barely a year, and several buttons stopped working. I called tech support, and they nicely enough shipped me a replacement unit. I have used the replacement for less than a day, now the "Prev" button on the replacement is not working. WTH!! I think their contact switch style buttons are inferior to the field effect ones found on cheaper units. Looking for another brand now... :(
