If you spent thousands on your 62" Plasma tv and home entertainment system, then don't be cheap and buy the expensive component cables. If you were given someone's extra 25" off-brand LCD, then these cables work fine. I'm sure if I felt like spending $60+ on a set of cables that my viewing pleasure would be great instead of just really good, but these cables worked perfect for running HD on my cheap tv. I've had no problems with flexibility and loss of video feeds.

Bought these to substitute the regular a/v cable that comes with a Sony DVD player. At first the audio connection does not work and sometimes the colour goes black and white. I tried the cable with 2 separate DVD players on 2 different TVs and same result. The regular a/v red/white/yellow cable worked in both cases. Turns out that as a novice, I did not know this cable needed a separate audio cable hence when I found out, I used the RCA cable and it works fine. Should be stated that additional audio cable needed. Rating of 3 for this reason only, otherwise would be a 5.

Bought these cables less than a month ago. They actually were even cheaper than they are now-under $5! They never worked properly. One or all of them are always coming loose, making the picture loose some or all colors. In the case with these cables, I can assure you that you are buying what you are paying for! Waste of money!!
