I bought this item for my LCD-LED HDTV because it had the largest angle of tilt available. I wanted to hang it high so I needed a lot of tilt to compensate for the angle. This does a good job. It comes with over enough hardware for the job, and a selection of different hardware for what ever it is you want to do. Its very sturdy.

Item is very solid and had no problems installing and hanging my 98lbs 60". I did go ahead and purchase new bolts for it as I didn't want to take a chance on the originals breaking as I've read in previous reviews that some do and delivery was right on time.

This was my second try at a tilt mount for my 46" LCD TV. This one was long enough to span 3 wall studs on 16 " centers, which I needed so I could mount the TV in the right position over a fireplace. I also preferred attaching to 3 studs with a large TV, to make a more solid installation. The first mount I tried was too short and would only span 2 wall studs, placing the mount off-center. This model was easy to istall and the built-in level was a big help when working alone.

This mount is doing a fine job of holding a Samsung LN55C650 to my wall. The hardware set supplied with the mount is very complete. Lots of spacers, expansion bolts (in case you're mounting into concrete, plaster, etc.) and other stuff to ensure that most any large flat screen TV is properly taken care of. Some tools to have ready are a pencil, a level, drill (3/8 bit for wall studs), large phillips screw driver, and a driver to make those 6 rather long bolts go into those holes you drilled. I would not have wanted to use a flat wrench. This mount is a sturdy beast. Also, it was an easy attachment once the TV brackets were on the TV and the wall plate on the wall. I disobeyed the directions and lifted the TV and stuck it on the wall by myself. Absolutely no problem. The brackets just hooked on and that was pretty much it. I appreciated the $60 price tag too. There are a lot of thieves out there that want four times as much for a lesser piece of hardware. Even so, $60 can also buy a DVD player and a couple DVDs. I hope wall mount prices drop a bit more.

I debated on whether to install this for my 46" TV or just leave the TV on the tv stand. After reading the "3 easy steps for installation", I decided to use it. It actually was easy to install and the level on it was a good idea. I am glad that I decided to use it and free up some room on my tv credenza. It is well made and sturdy. Just get someone to help you lift your larger TV...:)
