Included all hardware and easy to understand instructions. Excellent fix for the problem that it was designed to address. It's a shame that they don't tell you that you may need this adapter when you purchase the wall mount. I found out only after some investigation.

I recently had to replace a 26" wall mounted HD television. I thought it would be a snap. Take down the old one and move the mounting bracket to the new on. NOT SO FAST. The original TV had VESA compliant mounting screws and they were in a pattern of 100mm x 100mm. Upon unpacking the replacement TV (Toshiba) I found that while VESA compliant the mounting screws were now in a 100mm x 200mm pattern. A little searching while google and I found this Sanus Systems adapter place. A few days after ordering this I had what I needed to get the new TV up on the wall were it belonged. Hope this helps someone else with this situation.

Exactly what I needed. As strong as the main bracket. Glad I found this product. Just wish they had this in black.

Easy to attach to both the TV and the support arm. Too bad that Sony requires this at all!
