This switch came in today and I have it installed in my system; I have played two DVD's through it and the picture was good with no evident problems. I'm one of those guys who always reads the manual first but when I looked for the manual it wasn't there. I even went to the web and saw some reviews confirming it does not come with a manual. I went to their website and found a manual available as a pdf file and downloaded it to my computer. I've uploaded two pictures which includes the entire manual. If you are interested in your own copy you can find it at the Impact Acoustics web site under Technical Support; this will take you to a Manuals and Drivers link where you can enter the model number and the manual is available for download. The remote is small and light, but I have several now that fit that description so I wasn't shocked. All in all it seems like a good piece of equipment. If something unexpected happens, I'll update this review.

I have a xbox360 and a cable box, both uses compoent video/audio to hook up to my HD TV. The problem I had was that my HD tv only has one component input. So I always had to unplug/plug the component cables behind the TV everytime I switch between gaming and tv. This little box solved the problem! Just plug both the xbox and cablebox component wires into this selector ( total of 10 wires in ). then output the signals from the selector to the TV ( total 5 cables out ). The selector still has one more room for an extra device. The little remote control that comes with this selector to select the input is convenient. and the video quality looks great. Now I never had to leave my couch to switch boxes now, haha. Do recommend you to also get the Cables Unlimited AUD-1380-06 6 Feet RCA Component Video/Audio Cable though if you do not have an extra component cable at your place. Since the selector does not come with an extra cable. Seems to be a cheap but good quality calbe. Used this selector for about 2 month now so far no issues.

I have a 10' HD projector and Blu ray video with a 7.1 sound system. This works without any distortion in my opinion. Has a remote as well. I thought about buying a spare in case I ever needed it.

This component video switch comes with a remote the size of an extra thick credit card. Unfortunately, the remote control function works only intermittently. The switch works fine otherwise. The remote response problem seems to be with the switch itself, since it continues even when I use a universal remote which has "learned" the functions of the 3-Play's remote.

I have a rear projection Mitsubishi television with one component HD input only. This device worked perfectly to allow me to connect MY HD cable box, Xbox, and PS3. I would have given 5 stars except the remote is too small. Smaller than a credit card. Keeps getting lost in the couch. I dont use this anymore as I bought a video switching AV amplifier.
