The TV stand is nice. Very sturdy glass. I know because it slipped out of my hand twice while trying to attach it to the bottom and side with the soft screws. The glass did not even chip. However I did not know how soft these screws were and totally destroyed them using a power drill. There is no hardware store on earth that carries these screws (I went to 6...including Home Depot). You have to order them from the manufacturer. I had to put together the stand without the glass. Be very careful with these screws.

Good sturdy stand, took a while to put together with the help of a friend, capable of 1 person to put together. Fits my DLP TV perfectly, only complaint is the shelves are so small I can't fit my dvd player or other electronics on it because it's not deep enough. The glass shelves are nice but collect dust which is very visible and the rubber pads that go underneath have come off several times. Decent stand, but don't buy if you want to put electronics on it that have alot of depth.

I gave this item one star becasue I was able to put it together. Overall it arrived in poor quality and just barely fit my Samsung 61' DLP. If you are going to put an 61' on it I recommend getting a different and bigger stand.

Great Item when it comes without damages. First set, the top panel was pummeled. Reordered top piece and received a top panel that had more damage than the first, still have not received third. Buy elsewhere, they don't know how to deliver.

I placed an order for the Samsung 56" DLP with LED light engine along with this Samsung TV stand. The Samsung DLP LED microdisplay set is a very good set despite it is the first DLP TV set with LED as a light source that Samsung produce. Colors are accurate, plenty bright, and sharp as long as you have "good" signals coming in and I am totally happy and impressed. The TV stand which this review is supposed to be is the opposite. Samsung contracted a company call Pinnacle to make this stand and I found the quality control department needs a good evaluation and improvement, another word, it is "bad" with lacquer like finish uneven and it looks as if a 3 year old child used a paint brush to paint it. Not only that, I receive the stand with damaged box and damaged to the table top piece toward the front (MDF material a high tech acronym for glue wood dust - a low quality material). fortunately, Amazon.com who is a very trust worthy company, gladly took it back and refunded my money back into my credit card with no problem. I've dealt with Amazon.com representative online many times before and I always walked away "impressed" with their politeness, courteous, and sincere concern for your satisfaction. Amazon.com is one of a few online sites I have complete trust. For this Samsung TV stand, I honestly could not recommend.
