I've just used it once. Seems OK Is it all that important to do?

I've tried this cleaner in everything that I can put it into in my house (2 DVD players, 2 CD players, and 2 DVDrom drives on the computer)and haven't had anything read it yet. It either says "NO DISC" or just keeps spinning trying to read it. Sure will be easy to return I hope.

Fixed the problem. Recorder did not recognize its own recordings and I could not finalize the disks. Could not read the disks; invalid disk error message. I started having these problems after recording about 100 DVDs. After running the cleaning cycle everything returned back to normal. Speaker test was also helpful; polarity was reversed in one of the speakers.

My lite-on DVD recorder was unable to erase DVD+RW disc. After using Maxell DVD-LC DVD Lens Cleaner, it works fine. Now I can record/erase my DVD+RW as before. Excellent product!

Broke my Xbox after one use My xbox was freezing so i bought this and now it wont read disk.
