A 125 watt amp, long-throw front firing 10" driver, and dual rear ports produce impressively deep and clean bass. The amplifier features high and low level inputs, filtered high and low level outputs, phase switch, volume control, auto on/off (activated by an input signal) and a variable 12 dB/octave electronic low pass filter. This sub was recommended in the Mercury News as an "unbeatable value for the price" and after listening to it for a few weeks, I have to agree. I got this to go along with the Polk Audio RM10 5 speaker set and it sounds great for movies, music, NASCAR and video games. No regrets, I would buy this again.
