I bought this based on recommendations of others after discovering that my new Sony PS3 used a bluetooth remote, and that I couldn't use my Logitech Harmony universal remote. If you are in the same scenario and want to have your universal remote control the PS3, then I would recommend this. You will have to go through the process of programming the remote for each command, and you won't have control over the eject and power on/off functions. But otherwise it works great.

I own a UC by Logitech and bought the Blu-wave to integrate my PS3 and my UC as recommended. It works fine, but the problem is that the BLU-wave DOES NOT switch on the PS3... it does not have that hability. After I walk to my PS3 and switch it on by myself, it (the Blu-wave) works fine and the integration with my Harmony One is fine!!! The remote looks good and is light...

I love simple electronics! Simple to install, no need to read the manual, and works right out of the box. I use it to control my PS3 when playing DVD's.

Love the remote and it works perfectly for the PS3 I just bought. Also planning on programming it to work with my Harmony remote, but haven't done it yet.

Great product that makes Blu Ray DVD playing very simple. Works out of the box. It allows playing all Blu Ray DVD's on my 1080p HDTV. w thompson
