Audiovox VE927 Ultra Slim 9-Inch LCD Drop Down TV with Built-in Slot Load DVD Player

The ultra slim 9" LCD drop down TV with built-in slot load DVD player (VE927) features 16:9 aspectratio, ATSC/NTSC tuner, AM/FM clock radio, stereo speakers, and remote control. It plays DVD, CD, CDR, CDRW.

So far, I love this product. Clear radio signal, DVD works great, and the TV signal (via antenna) is decent. As well as can be expected, at least. I'll be running cable to it in a few weeks, but all in allm very happy. Color is OK, a bit off at times, but acceptable, but the 9" sized screen is as small as I'd recommend. The set-up directions are easy to read and follow. No complaints. Would recommend it for a nice little under cabinet TV to cook or eat dinner to!

I bought this for my wife. She watches it everytime she's in the kitchen cooking. So far, so good, works perfectly. The picture and sound quality are good. She doesn't really use radio feature. I did have a couple minor problems but not with the unit. I had to make a wooden spacer to get it to come to the bottom of the cabinet. I was able to use the provided template on space rather than inside cabinet, worked great. There was so little space between wall and back of TV for cable hook up. Found a 90 degree adapter that made hooking up coax cable a lot easier. All in all I would recommend this unit. We've had it a couple months with no problems. She loves it. Thanks

I purchased this item 5 months ago. It has a 90 day warranty. The TV tuner is now broken and displays a "No Signal" message. Other Amazon reviews mention the same problem. A quick internet search reveals that this is a recurring problem with this product. I called Audiovox customer service, and, after being "on hold" for a half hour, I was told to call a different number. Audiovox has contracted out all of their service except for car stereos. After being on hold for another half hour, I talked to a Venturer service rep, who said they would repair or replace the unit for $30. He said the repair would take 5-6 weeks, and I have to send the unit "prepaid" to Buffalo, NY. Now I have to find a box and packing material. For those considering this product and hoping the one they purchase won't have defects, the picture quality is average, and the sound quality is poor. I do not advise buying this product, nor do I advise buying any product with a 90 day warranty. Also, any good company should cover shipping for repairs during the warranty period. I bought this product a few months ago and I have no complaints.. Looks great in my kitchen, works well, good clarity and high volume. I would definitely recommend this product.

Got this a couple of days ago and totally satisfied with the design, the performance...It fit nicely under my kichen carbinet. The installation is easy. The picture is great with DVD and good with TV. The sound is great too. I keep watching it all the time. Very nice product! The best deal I ever had for this year!
