Sceptre 17" LCD TV / MonitorSceptre 17" LCD TV / Monitor Up for auction is this used LCD TV/Monitor. The tv turns on but there is a 1" white vertical line on the right side of the screen. Also when set up to be used as a computer monitor the picture does not come in well. This will be good for someone who may want to get it fixed or knows how to fix it.
